For international orders, a minimum purchase of $175 is suggested.
All goods are shipped from the US and are subject to customs charges (duties/tax). Erno Laszlo is not responsible for any customs charges. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time for international orders, as delays in customs are beyond our control.

Delivery problems should be addressed to Customer Service within two weeks to ensure timely trace on packages.
Returns
We'll gladly accept returns for any ErnoLaszlo.com products upon receiving your items within 90 days of the purchase date. Products purchased from any of our retail partners should be returned to the place of purchase.
Please include Return Form and Shipping Label in addition to a copy of your invoice. Please repackage the merchandise and return via ground UPS* or USPS insured, for your protection, to: Erno Laszlo, Inc. / Member Returns, Customer Service, 257 Union Street, Northvale, NJ 07647. Your return will be processed shortly after receipt.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
When defective/damaged merchandise is returned we will replace at our expense.
Packaging center fees will not be reimbursed. Ship directly with UPS or the United States Postal Service.
