Bands! You can take them anywhere, they’re perfect for travel and getting a killer workout in, minus the bulk.

If you could give someone only one wellness tip, what would it be?

Epsom salt baths! 2 cups of salts in a bath for 20 minutes. Great for a quick depuff, detox, and super relaxing.

What’s one of the most common things that people get wrong about working out?

I think too many people are scared to lift weights and obsess over cardio for weight loss when in reality weight training has faster results.
