Tell Us More!

Walk us through your typical weekday skincare routine.
I like to keep my routine pretty simple. I think what I put on my skin is equally as important as what I put in my body.

In the morning I use a gentle cleanser, and my favorite one is innisfree Olive Real Cleansing Foam. Then I move on to Tatcha’s Silk Cream; I love how lightweight it is. I’ll occasionally use MAC’s tinted moisturizer. When I became pregnant, I started using (and fell in love with) Earth Mama’s Body Moisturizer.

I like to exfoliate about once a week using Fresh Sugar Face Polish. I started using Erno Laszlo Firmarine Night Cream and I can’t stop. Every two weeks I like using masks. I’m currently using the Erno Laszlo Hydra-Therapy Sleep Memory Mask. It really is a miracle worker.

What’s your go-to Erno Laszlo product and why?
The Firmarine Night Cream is my absolute favorite. I love the texture, and it makes me feel like I’m treating myself every night. I always wake up with bright skin.

What’s your go-to beauty secret and why?
I try to drink a lot of water and have a good night's sleep. I always feel refreshed, and my skin never feels dry/puffy – you can’t beat that.

Who is your #1 beauty icon?
I’d say Arielle Charnas. Her look is very natural, beautiful, and achievable. She’s relatable and has a healthy work/life balance, and that’s something I strive for as well.

What are three words that would describe you and why?
I’d say I’m gritty – I mean, you have to be when you’re an entrepreneur. I love a good laugh (whether I’m telling the joke or someone else is) but who doesn’t? I’m transparent in every aspect of my life, and it’s always the basis of my relationships.

What is one piece of jewelry you feel naked without?
My Spheres Choker, I don’t think I’ve ever taken it off!

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?
Take it easy and don’t stress the little things because somehow it always works out in the end.

As an entrepreneur, it’s hard to balance work and life. How do you unplug?
It definitely wasn’t easy in the beginning, but with the growth of my amazing team, I’ve found it easier to pull back and make time for myself. I think it’s best to come into every day feeling refreshed and focused; unplugging is a big part of that. I love spending time with my husband and friends, traveling as much as I can, and spending less time on my phone.

Last Thing You Did

Last book you read.

The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz. But if I’m being honest, the last book I read is Rocket Science for Babies.

Last person you called.

My mom.

Last show you binge-watched?
