REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Ecommerce & Online Partnerships

The ideal candidate is a blend of technical and business experience to assist business partners with management of flagship and supporting the Erno Laszlo online wholesale business. The candidate must have a thirst for a fast pace environment and ability to think quickly in today’s evolving digital space. In addition, the individual will be a team player partnering with the sales team to achieve .com objectives. Excellent project management skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, creative services, operations and IT to execute ecommerce strategy
  • Manage the updates to website creative assets and content pages, includes new product uploads & merchandising of category pages with support from Product Development team
  • Lead day-to-day relationship with web developer (agency) for ongoing development support
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of all website issues, work independently to pursue solutions and problem solve
  • Thoroughly document site enhancement projects; communicate to teams; interface with developers
  • Perform QA testing on all updates and new functionality in different browsers
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager with email channel: responsible for building and deploying emails, AB testing and segmentation to optimize ROI of program
  • Code (HTML) marketing emails for deployment
  • Manage promotions calendar for and responsible for communicating to company stakeholders
  • Suggest new technologies for advancing the site & building brand awareness in the digital space
  • Manage department invoicing
  • Liaises with Operations of availability of launch, retail and promotional skus and communicates timings and allocations to ecommerce channel
  • Support wholesale ecommerce channel with product set on new launches, sampling and gifting to Erno Laszlo partners and general support to drive topline sales

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years of experience with digital and ecommerce, preferably with a brand website
